The draw for the 2018-19 Coppa Italia has been confirmed, with the preliminary rounds getting under way next weekend.
Seventy-eight clubs will take part in next season’s Coppa, starting with teams in Serie C and D on July 29.
Sides from B and A will slowly come into play before the Round of 16, which is scheduled for January 13.
That is when Milan, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Inter, Lazio, Napoli, Roma and holders Juventus – the eight highest-ranked clubs in the competition – will enter the draw.

Such is the draw that the quarter-finals could result in Milan-Napoli, Inter-Lazio, Atalanta-Juventus and Fiorentina-Roma.
