It is reported that an agreement has been reached between Inter and Atletico Madrid for Sime Vrsaljko.
Speculation has heavily linked the Croatian full-back with a move to San Siro throughout the summer.
And according to widespread reports in Italian media this morning, it appears the Nerazzurri have now secured their target.
Vrsaljko is poised to become Inter’s seventh major signing of a busy summer in the transfer market.
It is thought the 26-year-old, who can play on either the right or left flanks, will move for a fee of €25m.
Coach Luciano Spalletti admitted at a Press conference yesterday that his club were interested in signing Vrsaljko, with his versatility particularly appealing.
The player is currently still on his summer break, having featured heavily in Croatia’s run to the World Cup final in Russia.
