Arturo Vidal reportedly agrees personal terms with Inter as a move from Bayern Munich edges closer.

The Chilean is ready to sign a three-year contract at San Siro on wages of €5m-a-season.

According to various Italian media sources, an agreement between the two clubs is also extremely close to being completed.

The 31-year-old appears set to return to Serie A on an initial season-long loan deal, with the Nerazzurri having the obligation to sign him on a permanent basis next summer.

The total cost of the deal, which includes both the initial loan and permanent transfer payments, is expected to be between €20m and €25m.

Vidal previously spent four years at Inter’s rivals Juventus before leaving to join Bayern in 2015.

Inter, who have been extremely busy in this summer’s transfer market, are also set to complete the signing of Atletico Madrid’s Sime Vrsaljko.
