Sergej Milinkovic-Savic says he is expecting to stay at Lazio, despite Inter reportedly joining the race for the midfielder.
Premium Sport claimed on Sunday that Inter were preparing a €30m loan with a €70m option to buy for Milinkovic-Savic after they lost Arturo Vidal to Barcelona and failed to bring in Luka Modric.
However, the Serb said after Lazio’s 2-0 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday: “I’m happy to be back.
“I have a contract, you never know what happens in football, but my head is at Lazio and I’m focused on my team.
“I didn’t expect to find so many people when I came back from my holiday. It was beautiful.
“I also hope to find many fans at Formello. They’ll give us a big hand this season.”
