The Regional Administrative Court has reportedly rejected Avellino’s appeal, so they won’t be in Serie B next season.
The Irpini were denied entry by the Lega Serie B after failing to provide financial guarantees, and an appeal was thrown out by the FIGC and CONI.
That left the Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale [TAR] as the last recourse, but Sky Italia is reporting that the appeal has again been rejected.
