Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis claims if Andrea Belotti is worth €65m, ‘Roberto Inglese is €85m’, while David Ospina will ‘probably’ arrive.
“Negotiations for Belotti? Very false! It seems so strange to me,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“It would seem everyone, from agents to journalists, overrated this player. If Belotti is worth €65m then I’m glad because it means Inglese is worth €85m!
“Last season he scored 12 League goals, while Belotti scored 10 goals for Torino. We sent him out on loan with a fee.
“Parma didn’t scoff at the fee, given his quality. If Belotti is worth 65m today then Inglese will probably be worth €100m next summer!
“Could I sign Ospina? It’s true, he could come. We’re negotiating, but there are differences over demands.
“It’s probably a deal that will go through. Mignolet? Without taking anything away from Mignolet, but you know we’ve been looking at Ochoa, Mignolet and Ospina, as well as Fiorentina’s Tatarusanu.
“There are four in contention, but although I liked Ochia, I didn’t want to sign him anymore because even though his agents came to visit us in Dublin, he’s a non-EU citizen.”
