Yann Karamoh is in advanced negotiations for a loan move to newly-promoted Parma after Keita Balde Diao joined Inter.
The 20-year-old Franco-Ivorian winger can play on the right or left of a trident attack.
He was snapped up from SM Caen last summer for €5.5m, scoring one goal in 16 Serie A appearances.
Karamoh was expected to leave San Siro after Keita Balde Diao arrived from Monaco, pushing him further down the pecking order behind Antonio Candreva.
According to Sportitalia, negotiations for the loan move to Parma are at an advanced stage and could be completed over the next 24 hours.
Parma are very active in the final days of the transfer session, which closes on Friday evening, as they already took Roberto Inglese on loan from Napoli and are close to ex-Roma forward Gervinho.
