Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has arrived in Italy to complete his €1m Napoli loan move with €8m option to buy.
The Colombia international flew in late tonight and will have his medical on Thursday morning.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the cost of the operation is €1m for the one-season loan.
There is an option to make the move permanent at the end of the season for a further €8m.
This will become obligatory if certain conditions are met, but they are very difficult ones, specifically winning the Scudetto or Champions League.
Napoli wanted another goalkeeper because they already invested €22m plus bonuses in Alex Meret, but the young Italian fractured his arm in only his second training session.
They were determined to bring a more experienced figure in, but without treading on Meret’s toes for the future.
