Parma have agreed a three-year contract with Gervinho and hope to sign the Hebei China Fortune winger on a free transfer.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports Gervinho will earn €1m a season with Parma and will be allowed to leave on a free transfer in the event of relegation to Serie B.
The newspaper adds the Gialloblu are also working on an agreement with Hebei so he can terminate his contract, which is due to expire on December 31.
