Bologna have closed the door for Mattia Destro’s Sampdoria move, as talks for Genoa’s Gianluca Lapadula broke down.
The three clubs were looking to do a deadline day deal which would have seen Destro move to the Blucerchiati on loan.
Lapadula would then have moved to the Stadio Dall’Ara as a replacement, but it appears there just wasn’t enough time to get a deal done.
