Conte back on Milan radar?

Milan’s 3-2 defeat at Napoli has brought back the spectre of Antonio Conte hanging over Coach Gennaro Gattuso.

The Rossoneri had taken a 2-0 lead at the Stadio San Paolo last night, but in the space of 30 minutes the hosts had turned it all around to lead 3-2.

According to, the club hierarchy are again considering an offer to make Conte their new Coach.

The rumour had already circulated repeatedly in recent months, even before he parted company with Chelsea in bitter circumstances.

Conte was in the stands in Turin yesterday to watch Juventus beat Lazio 2-0.

Although the idea of the ex-Italy boss had originally been floated by Yonghong Li’s management team of Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli, it seems his profile is also admired by current leaders Elliott Management and Leonardo.
