SPAL can finally play at their newly-refurbished Stadio Paolo Mazza when hosting Atalanta on Monday night.

The arena in Ferrara was given the all-clear by officials today who inspected it after months of works.

They had played their first home match of the season on neutral turf in Bologna’s Stadio Dall’Ara, a 1-0 win over Parma on August 26.

SPAL are currently third in Serie A after two wins and a defeat to Torino.
