It kicks off at 18.00 UK time (17.00 GMT), click here for the line-ups.
This Serie A Week 1 match was originally scheduled in August, but had to be postponed as a sign of respect after the Ponte Morandi tragedy, as the iconic bridge collapsed in Genoa, killing 42 people.
“The memory of what happened is always in our minds and we’re playing for the victims of the Ponte Morandi disaster,” Samp defender Murru told Sky Sport Italia.
“Fiorentina play well, but we’ll have our say again. It’s a difficult game and we hope to bring home the three points.”
The Viola give Marko Pjaca his first start for the club after his loan from Juventus.
“I am more worried by the team as a whole rather than individual players.”
