It had been speculated that Meret was still a month away from returning, but Domenico Falco assured only ‘bone healing’ stood in the way of the starlet making his Napoli debut.
“There are no complications,” he told Radio Marte.

“There’s been a slight delay as he was in Spain for a consultation agreed with me, but the recovery times depend on bone healing, which varies according to the person.
“He just has to wait and keep training. The sensational headlines are part and parcel of journalism, where there’s little competence.”
