The ex-Real Madrid midfielder hung up his boots last December, ending his career at MLS side Orlando City, and had been linked with a return to Milan in a non-playing capacity.

Berlusconi was the Rossoneri’s owner when they signed Kaka in 2002, the pair going on to win a Scudetto and two Champions Leagues together.
