Fiorentina goalkeeper Barlomiej Dragowski has been called up for the Poland squad to face Italy after Lukasz Skorupski’s injury.
Bologna shot-stopper Skorupski had been the understudy to Juventus Number 1 Wojciech Szczesny.
However, Skorupski pulled out with an injury to his left hand, sustained during Bologna’s defeat to Cagliari on Saturday.
Dragowski receives his first senior call-up for Poland.
They are in the same UEFA Nations League group as Italy and Portugal.
