Piatek – pronounced Pyontek – is the first player since Christian Vieri at Inter in 2002-03 to score in each of the opening seven Serie A rounds.
According to the English newspaper, Sarri has urged Chelsea to go for the centre-forward in January as a replacement for misfiring Alvaro Morata.
However, there is a lot of competition, because Piatek is also of interest to Juventus, Barcelona, Inter, Arsenal, Roma, Bayern Munich and Napoli.
