Frosinone are keeping faith with Moreno Longo after a 3-3 draw with Empoli and the Coach feels his men deserved victory.

The Canarini had been gifted the opener with a Matias Silvestre own goal, were then trailing 2-1 and a Daniel Ciofani brace switched it up again to go 3-2 up before Salih Ucan’s volley.

“It’s absolutely a disappointing result considering the circumstances, as we had put ourselves in a position to get a fundamental victory,” said Longo in a Press conference.

“At least it shows the team is alive and kicking. We take the point against a quality side, but I didn’t like the way we approached the game after going 3-2 up. We should’ve maintained that fire.

“It’s also a pity that once again we conceded straight out of the half-time break and that’s something we really need to work on. There are regrets at this draw, no doubt about it.

“We see this as two points dropped rather than one gained. When you are in these situations, some of the issues become psychological and you lose confidence.

“We have improved over the last five games, even if we know it’s not enough yet.”
