“I think it must be a mental thing, because the players are the same,” Monchi told Sky Sport Italia.
“It’s something we must work on not just to balance the performances between Serie A and the Champions League, but also the general lack of consistency we are seeing.
“We have to understand why we are one team one day and different the next. We have to find a solution.”
