Man Utd €75m not enough for Skriniar

Inter reportedly turned down a €75m offer from Manchester United for centre-back Milan Skriniar.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Jose Mourinho is determined to get a reinforcement for his back line at Old Trafford.

He has his sights set on Skriniar and told the Premier League giants to bid €75m, but it was not enough to sway Inter.

That is over double the €35m the Nerazzurri paid to take him from Sampdoria in the summer of 2017.

The Slovakia international is only 23 years old and can also play in midfield.

He is under contract at San Siro to June 2022, but Inter are in contract extension talks.
