Italy are being tipped to call up Inter winger Matteo Politano and Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali for the upcoming international break.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Politano will come back into the fold after missing Italy’s last two rounds of games.

Tonali, meanwhile, could be rewarded for a breakout campaign in Serie B, the 18-year-old having already been likened to Brescia predecessor and Azzurri icon Andrea Pirlo.

However, the newspaper claims Patrick Cutrone will stay with the Under-21s and that both Mario Balotelli and Andrea Belotti will be overlooked once more.

Roberto Mancini’s side face Portugal in the Nations League on November 17, before travelling to the Belgian city of Genk for a friendly with USA three days later.
