Juve have been heavily linked with him, but the Nerazzurri may also enter the fray for what would be seen as a classic Marotta signing.

During his time in Turin, the director signed the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Sami Khedira, Fernando Llorente and Emre Can on free transfers.

Inter Coach Luciano Spalletti is a big fan of Federico Chiesa, and Marotta has good relations with the Viola after sending Marko Pjaca from Turin to Florence on loan.

Both clubs are also thought to be interested in Nicolo Barella, Sandro Tonali, Joachim Andersen and Anthony Martial.
