Napoli are reportedly hoping to sign Barcelona forward Munir El Haddadi on a free transfer next summer.
According to Sport and Corriere dello Sport, Napoli have already begun ‘pulling the strings’ to entice Munir, who can negotiate pre-contractual agreements with other clubs from January 1.
The newspapers explain the Partenopei ‘want to strengthen their attack at the lowest possible cost’, and the 23-year-old would fit the bill.
Sport also notes ‘there is no agreement’ for Munir to extend his contract, which expires on June 30, although Napoli ‘aren’t the only team’ interested in the Spaniard.
Munir has seen just 228 minutes of action for Barca this season but impressed on loan at Alaves last term, scoring 14 goals for the Basques.
