Roma are reportedly making an approach for 17-year-old Colombian starlet Andres Amaya, but face competition from Manchester City.
According to Calciomercato.com, the Giallorossi and their director of sport Monchi have set their sights on the Atletico Huila talent, who is valued at around €3m.
They face competition from Manchester City, who have long been tracking the teenager.
He pushed his way into the first team at the age of 15 and was already their first choice Number 9 at the start of the Clausura championship.
Although he is nominally a midfielder, he has been moved increasingly forward and Huila’s Under-17s Coach Alvaro Chavarro compared him to Sergio Aguero.
