Milan are proposing to sign Udinese talent Rodrigo De Paul in January on loan with obligation to buy, according to reports.
The 24-year-old’s performances in Udine have been so impressive that he earned his debut for Argentina this season and now has four caps under his belt.
According to SpazioMilan, a meeting is planned for Monday or Tuesday with his agent to discuss personal terms.
The plan is to sign De Paul on loan in January with an obligation to buy at the end of the season, therefore spreading out the cost of the operation.
De Paul can play on the left or right wing, plus as a trequartista behind the striker.
Inter also showed strong interest in the former Racing Club and Valencia man, who this season contributed five goals and three assists in just 12 Serie A games.
That means he was involved in eight of Udinese’s total 11 goals.
