Gonzalo Higuain has reportedly been the first to arrive at Milan training for the past 18 days, as he looks to prove himself to the club.

The Argentine joined the Rossoneri from Juventus in the summer, on an €18m loan with a €36m option to buy.

However, he was sent off against his former side before the international break and has just one goal in his last six games, the last coming on October 28.

Corriere della Sera reports that Pipita is determined to prove himself at San Siro, and for the past 18 days has been the first to arrive and the last to leave training.

Higuain cannot play against Parma at the weekend due to suspension, so he is expected to start against Dudelange tonight, and is looking to impress.

Gennaro Gattuso is expected to give a chance to some players who have been used less in the Europa League game, with Stefan Simic and Alen Halilovic likely to play.

Probable Milan line-up: Reina; Calabria, Simic, Zapata, Laxalt; Halilovic, Bakayoko, Bertolacci, Calhanoglu; Cutrone, Higuain
