Gabriel Barbosa is “proud” to be linked to various clubs, but isn’t closing the door on a permanent stay with Inter either.
The striker’s loan spell at Santos will end in January, at which point he will return to the Nerazzurri.
Given he failed to make a single Serie A start for them during the 2016-17 season, scoring just once, it’s expected that he’ll move on again, with Everton and Flamengo among the clubs interested.
“I’m proud of the links to all these great clubs,” the forward known as Gabigol said outside a commercial event in Brazil.
“I’m tied to Santos, but I don’t close the door to anyone. I’m going back to Inter, but I like all these rumours. I just want to be happy and play, no matter where that is.
“I’m happy to be an Inter player, it’s definitely a great team.”
