Inter are reportedly considering Joachim Andersen of Sampdoria, as Joao Miranda could leave in January.

Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar have been first choice centre-backs this season and the Brazilian is believed to be frustrated with a lack of playing time.

According to calciomercato.com there has been no offer yet, but both Porto and Flamengo are interested in Miranda.

The website therefore reports that the Nerazzurri are considering signing a new defender in January, with Andersen top of the shortlist.

The centre-back would cost around €30-35m, which given Financial Fair Play would be too much for the Beneamata to invest in January.

Instead Inter are hoping to do a loan with an obligation to buy, though they face competition from Juventus and Samp aren’t keen to sell in January.
