Both Jose Luis Palomino and Rafael Toloi were sent off during the 3-1 defeat to Genoa and are therefore automatically suspended for the next round.

This happens to be against leaders Juve in Bergamo on Wednesday and Atalanta could also miss Marten De Roon after he was stretchered off with an ankle injury.
