Multiple sources now claim Juventus have a deal to take Aaron Ramsey as a free agent from Arsenal with a €10m per year salary.
The Welsh international’s current contract with Arsenal expires in June and from next month he’ll be free to negotiate with any other club.
Although Paris Saint-Germain are also in the running, it’s reported Inter baulked at the wage demands and pulled out.
The Corriere dello Sport, Tuttosport, Sky Sport Italia and others all confidently state that Ramsey has chosen to join Juventus in the summer of 2019.
After breaking the bank for Cristiano Ronaldo’s €31m per year deal, the Bianconeri are prepared to pay €10m for Ramsey, because he arrives without a transfer fee.
It means they can spread out the cost of the operation more effectively.
Juve already beat stiff competition to coax Emre Can from Liverpool last summer in a similar situation.
