There are reports of four Napoli fans being stabbed outside San Siro around this evening’s 1-0 defeat to Napoli.
The incidents occurred before and during the Serie A Boxing Day match.
According to the latest details emerging from the authorities, the most serious is a 43-year-old man who has been taken to hospital with abdominal wounds and received stitches.
The other three received treatment on the scene for minor injuries.
However, during the clashes, an Inter supporter in his 30s appears to have been hit by a passing car and he is believed to be in serious condition.
This is another terrible blight on the Inter ultras this evening, as they repeatedly hurled racist abuse at Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
As Inter were already on a warning for racist abuse from the crowd, it is likely the Curva Nord will be closed down for the next home match against Sassuolo.
