According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Ramsey will undergo his medical with Juve on Sunday, before putting pen to paper on a five-year contract, if Arsenal give the go-ahead.

However, the newspaper also claims the Bianconeri are looking into bringing his move forward to January.

Nonetheless, negotiations would be ‘very complicated’ as the Gunners are demanding ‘around €20m’ – a fee deemed excessive for a player whose contract expires at the end of the season.

Futhermore, Arsenal boss Unai Emery appeared to confirm the 28-year-old would stay for the remainder of the campaign.

“My idea and focus, I say to him every day, is with us,” Emery said at a Press conference.

“We need his performances for us and the last matches I am very happy with him.”
