Mario Mandzukic has denied reports he could be out for three to four months, insisting he’ll return for Juventus “in a couple of weeks.”
The striker is struggling with a muscular problem that forced him to miss tonight’s Supercoppa clash with Milan in Jeddah.
There were reports that the thigh tear was more serious than previously thought, which could require surgery and a lengthy lay-off.
“Working hard to be back with my teammates in a couple of weeks,” wrote Mandzukic on Instagram.
“Meanwhile, I am their biggest supporter – good luck tonight!”
