Torino are reportedly leading the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain outcast Jese Rodriguez.

According to Sportitalia’s Alfredo Pedulla, a meeting has been scheduled between Toro and PSG executives over a loan with an option to buy.

The journalist explains the Granata are ‘very interested’ in making a deal happen, while the French giants are prepared to contribute as much as ’60-70 percent’ of the winger’s contract.

AS, on the other hand, claims his agent is in Milan to hold talks with Parma and Frosinone, as well as Toro.

Jese joined PSG in a €25m deal from Real Madrid in the summer of 2016 but has gone on to play just 14 times at Parc des Princes, sandwiched by unsuccessful loan spells at Las Palmas and Stoke City.

The 25-yea-old has since been in the news for reportedly paying €5,000 to eliminate a former girlfriend from a reality show.
