Inter are prepared to sell Ivan Perisic in January for €35-40m, according to Italian reports, targeting Yannick Carrasco instead.
The Croatia international had been a massive target for Manchester United over the summer, but the Nerazzurri are believed to have resisted offers, holding out for €50m.
Fast forward six months and the situation has changed, as Perisic never quite recovered the form he showed at the World Cup.
He has been increasingly irritable and spoke several times about his desire to play in the Premier League.
La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests Inter would now be ready to accept €35-40m to release Perisic.
Their target as his replacement is Belgium international Carrasco, who would probably only cost them a small percentage of the transfer fee for Perisic, as he is desperate to leave Dalian Yifang.
Carrasco was first linked with Milan and their cousins followed suit.
