According to Calciomercato.com, Marotta and President Steven Zhang – representing owners Suning – have made an initial approach to Conte.

The former Italy and Chelsea tactician will be a free agent in the summer after his contract with the Stamford Bridge club expires, even though he was sacked in July.

It’d be a reunion with Marotta, who first brought Conte to Juventus in 2011.
