Max Allegri has an injury crisis on his hands, missing Barzagli, Bonucci and Chiellini.

Incredibly, this is the first time since March 2012 that Juve have not been able to count on any of these three players.

They were all unavailable for the 0-0 draw away to Genoa on March 11, 2012.

It’s worth noting that in the interim there have been six games with none of the BBC components in the starting XI.

However, this is the first in which all three are in the stands.

At the time, Chiellini and Barzagli were injured, with Bonucci suspended.

The back four that day were Stephan Lichtsteiner, Martin Caceres – who is also expected to start today – Arturo Vidal in a makeshift centre-back role and Paolo De Ceglie.
