Cesare Prandelli believes Genoa are on the right track with their January reinforcements, but “need to construct an identity.”

The Grifone have replaced Milan-bound Krzysztof Piatek with Antonio Sanabria, who has now scored in each of his two games for the club.

“President (Enrico Preziosi) is a volcano of ideas and often it pays off to follow his instincts,” Prandelli told Sky Sport Italia.
