Juve: Costa faces spell out?

Juventus could lose Douglas Costa for 10 days as the winger is reportedly carrying a hamstring injury.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Costa will undergo tests on a quadriceps problem he sustained during Juve’s 3-3 draw with Parma on Saturday.

The newspaper explains the Brazilian is facing ’7-10 days’ on the sidelines, potentially ruling him out the Bianconeri’s next two Serie A games against Sassuolo and Frosinone.

It comes after the 28-year-old was involved in a road accident the following morning but escaped unhurt.

Il Corriere adds Federico Bernardeschi will also need examining after he took a blow to the ribcage, although the Italy international would not have broken any bones.
