Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik will reportedly complete his move to Dalian Yifang on Monday.
The 31-year-old was left out of the Partenopei squad to face Fiorentina on Saturday, with question marks still hanging over his future.
However, he could officially complete his move to China on Monday as his €20m transfer fee is expected to be paid, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Slovakian international has been with Napoli since 2007, scoring 121 goals in over 500 appearances for the club.
Meanwhile, Il Mattino claim that Hamsik commented on his future to his friends, en route to returning to Slovakia ahead of his reported move.
“I’m sorry to leave without saying goodbye to the fans, without having done a lap around the San Paolo, without a message,” it’s suggested he said.
“Until it is all defined, it would not make sense.”
