Taking on the penultimate club in Serie A might seem a good time to rest top stars, but it looks as if Max Allegri will use this match as a fitness test ahead of the Champions League showdown with Atletico Madrid.
Chiellini has been out of action since limping off during the 3-0 Coppa Italia defeat to Atalanta on January 30.
He returns to the starting XI, while Bonucci hasn’t featured since spraining his ankle against Lazio on January 27.
Andrea Barzagli is on the bench, so a complete BBC defence is still possible.
Allegri also drops some hints as to his attack with Atleti, using the all-star trio of Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mandzukic together rather than rest one or more.
Miralem Pjanic, however, is rested, with Mattia De Sciglio stepping in for suspended Alex Sandro, Douglas Costa and Juan Cuadrado injured.
Frosinone go to Turin without Federico Dionisi, Paolo Ghiglione and Stefan Simic, so rely on Daniel Ciofani and their top scorer Camillo Ciano upfront.
The Canarini are not to be underestimated, as they are fresh from a shock victory away to Sampdoria.
