“I was so close to the goal, I wanted to hit it first time, but after taking the touch I felt someone clip me between the defender and the goalkeeper,” Lulic told Lazio Style Channel.

“I was so close to the goal, I wanted to hit it first time, but after taking the touch I felt someone clip me between the defender and the goalkeeper,” Lulic told Lazio Style Channel.
“It’s a real disappointment, if I’d scored from there, the game would’ve been very different. We knew that we needed two goals here regardless and it’s a shame not to have scored any.
“The result is clear, but looking at the two games, we deserved a lot more than to lose 3-0. We’re starting to get players back from injury and must turn our focus towards the Coppa Italia semi-final now.”
