Carlo Ancelotti confirms he told Arkadiusz Milik to take that cheeky free kick, but claims the only difference this time was Napoli took their chances.

The Partenopei had drawn their last two Serie A games 0-0, but flattened Parma 4-0 at the Stadio Tardini.

“It was a similar performance to the ones against Torino and Fiorentina. The only difference was this time we did better in taking the chances that we created,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

“Now we know that we can play like this, it’s about doing it consistently. Nothing is to be taken for granted and we’ve got to stay as close to the top of the table as possible.

“It’ll be a fascinating match against Juventus and an honour for us to face a side that is doing better than anyone this season.”

Milik revealed after the final whistle that Ancelotti had sent over a message from the touchline to roll his free kick under the wall.

“That’s true. He was very, very close, so there was never the room to put it up and over. I was taught that by Ronaldo, so it’s certainly not my kind of thing to know about.”
