The likes of Gazzetta dello Sport and Pagine Romaniste suggest Pastore’s left calf has flared up again, ruling him out of the trip to Porto.

It comes after his former sporting director Walter Sabatini claimed the midfielder was ‘embarrassing’ him with his lack of impact for Roma.
