Agent Jorge Mendes was at the Juventus Stadium last night, fuelling reports he was there to discuss €120m-rated Benfica talent Joao Felix.
The representative was spotted in Cristiano Ronaldo’s Sky Box during the 4-1 win against Udinese.
His clients, Cristiano Ronaldo and Joao Cancelo, were not taking part in the game, suggesting his presence was for talks with the club directors.
According to various sources including Calciomercato.com and Sport Mediaset, the reason for the Mendes visit was Benfica starlet Joao Felix.
The 19-year-old forward already has 11 goals and six assists in 29 competitive games for his club this season.
He has a release clause worth €120m and there is already strong interest from Manchester City and Manchester United.
However, Juve hope to use their increasingly strong rapport with Mendes to get themselves in pole position.
They also hope that the opportunity of playing alongside his idol Cristiano Ronaldo can sway Joao Felix towards Turin.
