The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich Coach was in the papers over the last few days after a report on Radio CRC suggested he’d agreed a four-year contract to replace Max Allegri in Turin next season.

While it was greeted with scepticism in Italy, the rumour spread rapidly in the English media.

“I have two more years on my contract and moving is impossible unless they sack me,” Guardiola told reporters this evening.

“I will stay two more years, or more. I’m not going to Juventus in the next two seasons.”

The main candidates to replace Allegri are believed to be Zinedine Zidane or even the returning Antonio Conte.
