Lucas Biglia had a special dedication for his son after curling in a fantastic free kick against Chievo in his first Milan start since October.
“We worked hard, I am at the disposal of the Coach and my teammates, so hope to do better as time goes on,” the midfielder told DAZN after the 2-1 victory.
“I dedicated the goal to my family, as it’s a gesture my youngest son asks me to do. I explained to him that Daddy doesn’t score many goals, but I’d promise to do it the moment I got the chance.
“It was tough being out for four months and I’d prefer to be dropped to the bench than injured in the stands. I really appreciated the fans chanting my name.”
Biglia’s only previous Serie A goal in a Rossoneri jersey was back in February 2018.
“We picked up three important points today.”
