Tottenham Hotspur have put Fiorentina star Federico Chiesa top of their transfer wish-list, it’s reported, but the price-tag is €70m.
According to The Sun newspaper, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino sees Chiesa as the right man to bring ‘magic’ to his team.
The winger only turned 21 in October, but already has over 100 competitive games under his belt at club level and 11 senior Italy caps.
So far this season, Chiesa has contributed 11 goals and eight assists in 29 appearances for the Viola.
It is already a battle royal on the transfer market for Chiesa, with Juventus, Inter, Napoli and Milan in Serie A alone ready to break the bank.
Abroad, Paris Saint-Germain were mentioned, but Chelsea can’t come in for him with the transfer embargo in place.
He is the son of former Lazio and Parma striker Enrico Chiesa.
