The Serbia international, 29, has scored two goals and provided four assists for Genoa this term but is out of contract in June.
The newspaper also writes the Aquile are ‘thinking’ about passing up their option to buy Romulo, just two months into his loan arrival.
The versatile Italo-Brazilian has made five appearances for Simone Inzaghi’s side, without establishing himself as a regular starter.
