Juventus will face Ajax in the Champions League quarter-finals ahead of possibly Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester City.

Juve reached the last eight thanks to a 3-0 victory over Atletico Madrid, courtesy of a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick, after they were 2-0 down from the first leg.

Milan lost to Ajax in the 1995 Champions League Final, but the Bianconeri lifted the trophy a year later, beating the Dutch side on penalties. That remains their last conquest in the competition.

However, Ajax thrashed holders Real Madrid 4-1 in the previous round and are captained by Matthijs de Ligt – a reported target for the Old Lady.

If Juve overcome the Eredivisie outfit, Tottenham or City will be awaiting them in the semi-finals.

Max Allegri’s side came back from behind to beat Spurs 4-3 on aggregate in the Round of 16 last season.

The first legs will be played on the week beginning April 8, ahead of the return fixtures a week later.
