However, Ajax thrashed holders Real Madrid 4-1 in the previous round and are captained by Matthijs de Ligt – a reported target for the Old Lady.
If Juve overcome the Eredivisie outfit, Tottenham or City will be awaiting them in the semi-finals.
Max Allegri’s side came back from behind to beat Spurs 4-3 on aggregate in the Round of 16 last season.
The first legs will be played on the week beginning April 8, ahead of the return fixtures a week later.
